International Research by Students Programme

General information

IRSP was founded to grant students the possibility of using their theoretical knowledge in practice. IRSP aims to provide students with various types of research, resembling the variety of knowledge and interests that students of IR have. For students of IR participating in the IRSP is the ultimate chance to test their knowledge in practice and get in touch with future employees. By working together with the research partner, the research group and professors, students will be tested on knowledge, analytical and operational skills. The duration of the research is from January until the end of May. Joining the program entails the following activities:

  • Introduction meeting with the IRSP and research groups
  • Conducting research in group of four to six students
  • Monthly meetings/contact with your research group and guiding professor
  • Monthly meetings/contact with your Partner (company, organisation) and the research group
  • Attendance at workshops (approximately three)
  • Fieldtrip (If covid-19 allows us))
  • Social activities
  • Final presentation of the research to the Partner
  • Final presentation of the research to the University
